"I feel that community pharmacy should be conversational in nature. I believe that patients should feel free to bring up questions or concerns about their medication, and should be provided with enough information so that they can make informed choices and decisions on their treatment. We built Townline Pharmacy to focus on this close relationship with patients while embracing evolving expanding scope of pharmacist practice in the community to improve patient access to care as well as continuity of care. "I have been asked a lot about why I chose to become a community pharmacist. As a trained scientist I was drawn to the industry because I would convey knowledge to those who could benefit from it. In the last 6 years, I have been trained in various hospital settings, and employed by several corporate pharmacy chains. The breadth of experience has provided me with the knowledge and skills to deliver the quality of service that I have envisioned to put relationship with patients and their health as my priority."
