Covid-19 Vaccine Important Information

**We have on-boarded with the Ministry of Health to administer COVID-19 vaccines. However, we are still waiting to receive our first shipment for the next rollout to be announced by the Ministry**

  • We only accept online bookings on a first-come-first-serve basis. No walk-ins. Please book your own appointment for your first dose through our Online Scheduler below. We do not have a waitlist to call. If you have already received your first dose somewhere else, please follow up with the other location about your second dose.

  • There is a shortage of vaccines so appointments get booked up very quickly on the scheduler. We are not provided with much information about the timing of vaccine shipment, so the easiest way for you get an appointment is to "like" us on Facebook so that you could see our announcement about new appointments. Otherwise, please check our online scheduler everyday.

  • You may choose to also add your information Here. We might call you if we have extra vaccines (ie. last minute cancellations) but it could take a long time for you to hear from us depending on vaccine supply.

  • Please accept whichever brand of vaccine is shipped to us and is made available to you. Our pharmacist will decide for you at your appointment.

  • Please arrive at the pharmacy no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, wear a mask and be prepared for vaccination (ie. wear a T-shirt). Because COVID-19 vaccines are only stable for a very short period of time once they are in use, please show up to your appointment as scheduled, do not change or cancel your appointment. But if you are not feeling well (ie. Covid symptoms), please email us ASAP to reschedule and do NOT visit the pharmacy.

  • For specific questions about your appointment, please send an email to: vaccine@townlinepharmacy.ca. We will respond whenever we can by email only.

We will send you a separate confirmation email after we review your booking request. Please do not come for your appointment until you receive confirmation from us.
