  1. Please register your dose online first (if doses are available), then visit us anytime during the specified timeframe on the date scheduled.

  2. When you register online, you may able to register for more than 1 dose for other family members at the same time (if doses are available). 

  3. If you do not attend your appointment within the timeframe, your dose will be offered to someone else. You will need to register again from our website. 

  4. ​We do NOT have a waiting list to call. Please check our online scheduler regularly for openings.

​The following priority groups are recommended to receive flu shot as soon as possible in October. General population can wait until November. 

 

  • Seniors ≥ 65 years of age

  • Indigenous household

  • People with chronic conditions & close contacts: heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, immunosuppressed conditions, kidney disease, anemia, neurologic conditions, obesity, children on chronic ASA.

  • Children 6 months to 4 years of age

  • Pregnant women

  • Health care workers​

Covid-19 Vaccine Schedule

For 5 years and above - who are NOT immunocompromised

  • 0 previous dose --> ONE dose of XBB vaccine

  • 1 previous dose --> ONE dose of XBB vaccine given 8 weeks from last dose (or minimum 4 weeks from last Moderna dose, or 3 weeks from last Pfizer dose)

  • 2 or more previous doses --> ONE dose of XBB vaccine given 6 months from last dose (or minimum 3 months from last dose)

 

For 5 years and above - who are IMMUNOCOMPROMISED

  • 0 previous dose --> TWO doses of XBB vaccines separated by 8 weeks (or minimum 4 weeks from first Moderna dose, or 3 weeks from first Pfizer dose)

  • 1 previous dose --> TWO doses of XBB vaccines separated by 8 weeks and 8 weeks from the previous dose (or minimum 4 weeks from last Moderna dose, or 3 weeks from last Pfizer dose)

  • 2 previous doses --> ONE dose of XBB vaccine given 8 weeks from the last dose (or minimum 4 weeks from last Moderna, or 3 weeks from last Pfizer dose)

  • 3 or more previous doses --> ONE dose of XBB vaccine given 6 months from the last dose (or minimum 3 months from last dose)
