Please read the following information carefully before registering:

1. Register your vaccine dose online before coming to the pharmacy. If doses are available, reserve your dose online and visit us at any time during the specified clinic hours and on the date shown on your reservation. Some vaccines have a limited period of use once prepared or opened, so please attend on your reserved date.

2. Each online ticket reserves ONE vaccine dose for ONE person. If several family members require vaccination, please reserve a separate ticket for each person.

3. COVID-19 vaccines and flu vaccines may not arrive at the pharmacy at the same time. If you would like to receive both vaccines, you may need to register for them separately. Please check our online scheduler for current availability.

4. If you are unable to attend on your reserved date, your dose may be offered to another patient to prevent vaccine wastage. You will need to register again through our website for another clinic date.

5. We understand that many patients would like to be contacted when vaccines become available. Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests and our regular pharmacy dispensing responsibilities, we are unable to individually call everyone when new vaccine shipments arrive. The fastest way to receive your vaccine is to check our online scheduler regularly for available appointments.

6. Pharmacies typically receive new vaccine shipments every 1–2 weeks. Once shipments begin arriving, we generally offer weekly vaccination clinics from October through December, depending on vaccine supply.

Before Your Appointment

Please download and complete the Vaccine Screening Form for each person before your visit and bring the completed form with you to your appointment. The form is also available in the pharmacy to be completed on arrival.
